Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas this year! We were thrilled to have a family here in Rogers do the 12 Days of Christmas for our family! It was the first time our family has been on the receiving end and our kids were thrilled! We also did the 12 Days of Christmas for some of our friends and we were caught on the third day! What makes it even worse is we delivered the first package to the wrong house! :) Oh well, it was still fun!
We went to Little Rock for a full week and it was wonderful! The kids had a great time seeing all their Uncles and Aunt Jen. We went out to eat, saw a few movies, played a lot of games. It was great to have the entire family together on Christmas.
Why not have two shirts that look exactly alike?

This was suppose to be a girls picture. Did not go over well with Jackson as you can see.

This was the surprise present from Uncle Dave! The kids were so excited!

Steve and Dave drove up to our house to put the trampoline together. Thanks guys!

Visit from Grandma

Emma and Grandma
My Mom came to visit the week of my birthday. We were so excited! Both kids could hardly contain their excitement when Grandma came to pick them up from play/preschool. We immediately headed over to Chuck E. Cheese! That night my Mom and I went shopping for a bit. The next day we were headed to Emma's big dance class and poor Emma got really sick with the flu. We spent the next 8 hours holding Emma on the couch. She slept most of the day and was pretty miserable. I was so glad my Mom was in town (even if it wasn't the trip we had planned). That night the Young Women came and delivered Christmas cookies to our family.

Happy Birthday Momma!

I had a great birthday last month! Chris and I were going to try and go on a date, but Jackson was so excited that we stayed home and partied as a family. We opened presents with my parents a few weeks before my birthday. Then on my birthday we had another party. A week after that my good friend Lana watched the kids so we could go out on a date.

The yummy birthday cake!
The LAPTOP!!! Thanks Chris!!!

Jackson really enjoyed opening my gifts!

This was the scarf that Jackson picked out for me. He was so excited!

The preparations for the big party! Don't be fooled- Chris and Jackson did all the work. Emma just showed up to be in the picture and lick the cake batter! :)

Ward Christmas Party

This year our Ward Christmas Party was a Christmas Morning/Winter Olympics theme. Everyone wore their pajamas and had a nice breakfast dinner and played games. Here are some pictures.
